Brother Luck

The reason I decided to partake in this challenge is to break past that last barrier of strengthening my body. The motivation I receive from my fellow team members encourages me to hit the deck and knock out 100 push ups each day. I feel guilty when I consider not doing them knowing that I will benefit from commitment. I'm not sure how long I will partake in this challenge but I'm striving to ensure this becomes part of my daily routine. Last night I got home from a Nuggets game around 11:30pm after drinking a little too much beer and had not done any push ups for the day. I was extremely tired and ready to hit the bed for the night. I forced myself to get up and knock out all 100 before midnight because I knew that everyone else was completing their goal for the day. The constant reminder that your not in this alone is exactly what keeps me pushing each day.
