Overall Strength....

This is Scott Marble and he is a participant in the "100 push ups a day" challenge. He is also a professional dancer and is striving to increase his overall strength. Everyone has their reasons for participating and you can see that it has it some serious benefits. To be able to complete 100 push ups is an achievement in itself, but to continuously do it each day over an extended period of time is an even better accomplishment.
